| Job Responsibilities |
| * To maintain a fleet of more than 100 plus vehicles comprising both light & heavy vehicle * To ensure timely servicing & repair of all vehicles to keep the down time at a minimum level * To interact with the reputed garages and get the major repairing works done at a very competitive cost * To initiate requisition for purchase of spares and other parts of vehicles and to get approval by the authority * To Ensure timely renewal of all relevant paper of vehicles from concerned authorities and permits for newly procured vehicles. * To check all relevant bills and vouchers before sending for final approval * To check the staffs / driver's attendance, extra hour work before sending for paymentTracking the vehicles while they runs in a long distance * To Maintain liaison with Traffic Police, BRTA and other Law enforcing agencies as and when required * To initiate disciplinary action for the Driver & departmental staffs committing misconductHandling security & protocol department. * Any other job assigned by the management from time to time |
