| Job Responsibilities |
| * Capacities & Responsibilities: * Supervise activities related to documentation and fund arrangements with institutions like IDCOL and OPEC Fund. * Implementing the systems, policy & procedures relating to Financial Management, Accounting, Budget & Planning and improving the quality of Operation; * Preparation and supervision of Periodical statement of affairs on time maintaining quality and standards and in compliance with all rules and regulations of Bangladesh as well as International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs)/International Accounting Standards (IASs)/BAS; * Handling the issues of External audit, Internal audit, Bangladesh Bank audit, Commercial audit and other investigations related to accounts, tax, VAT etc. of the institutions; * Maintaining close liaison with BB, NBR,RJSC, external auditors and other authorities, as required; * Tax Management- Corporate Tax, Withholding Tax, Payroll Tax and VAT in accordance with applicable laws prevailing in Bangladesh: * To calculate the approximate fund to be injected/needed along with a proper planning and time frame to reach a break even situation from the present financial situation of the company; * He should possess capacity to handle the Banking Operation like Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, International Bank Guarantee for processing a foreign Bank Loan. |
