| * Dhaka Tribune and Bangla Tribune is hiring for Brand and Marketing Department. * Working Hours: 10 AM to 6 PM * Job Responsibilities: * Revenue generation through sponsorship management for organizing events like - roundtable discussions, seminars, talk shows, festivals, fairs & award shows * Boost additional revenue generation through content marketing & sponsored publications * Identify and pursue new business opportunities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction * Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to inform business strategies * Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients * Achieve and exceed achievable monthly targets |

| Winning mindset with a solution-oriented attitude 1-5 years’ experience in business development/ marketing, preferable in the newspaper/ TV channel / electronic media / agency or related industry Proven track record of working with NGOs, Development organizations, Embassies/ High Commissions, Diplomates, Civil Society Organizations, Universities etc. will get high preference Excellent networking, communication and negotiation skills Strong understanding of business/ brand development and market dynamics Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly targets Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel. Involvement in clubs, competitions and extracurricular activities during graduation will be given priority. |
