| * Maintain general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles. * Monitor and track cash flow, daily transactions, and budget utilization. * Prepare income statements, balance sheets, and monthly/quarterly/annual reports. * Ensure all tax and VAT documentation are submitted correctly and timely. * Assist external auditors and coordinate audit processes efficiently. * Maintain financial security by following internal controls and policies. * Reconcile accounts payable and receivable and resolve discrepancies quickly. * Support payroll preparation by ensuring relevant data is collected and processed. |
