Job Responsibilities |
* Cash & Bank Management: * Oversee daily cash operations, including cash flow monitoring and forecasting. * Manage bank accounts, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and timely. * Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly. * Job Costing: * Implement and manage job costing systems to accurately track and report project costs. * Analyze cost data and prepare detailed reports to support project budgeting and financial decision-making. * Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate cost allocation and financial reporting. * Accounts Maintenance: * Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts. * Ensure all financial transactions are recorded in compliance with company policies and accounting standards. * Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy. * Inventory Management: * Oversee inventory management processes, including stock levels, procurement, and asset tracking. * Implement inventory control systems to minimize stock discrepancies and optimize stock levels. * Prepare and analyze inventory reports to support financial planning and decision-making. * Financial Accounts: * Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. * Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. * Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements. * Company Tax and VAT: * Manage company tax and VAT processes, ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations. * Prepare and submit tax returns and VAT reports accurately and on time. * Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance. |

Additional Requirements |
Age 30 to 35 years Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws in Bangladesh. Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems. Strong knowledge of advance excel & PowerPoint. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. |
