Supports strategic decision-making in claims resolutions. * Key Roles and Responsibilities : * Claims Management : * Ensuring the seamless handling of claims and maintaining accurate data records. * Processing claims efficiently to meet deadlines and uphold fairness. * Verification of suspected claims both of physically & over telephone. * Implementing proactive measures to mitigate fraudulent activities and protect organizational resources. * Resolving customer concerns promptly to foster trust and positive experiences. * Preparing detailed reports to track claims performance and support decision-making. * Hospital Management: * Expanding the hospital network by identifying and adding suitable partners. * Facilitating seamless cashless transactions for patients to enhance convenience. * Building long-term, collaborative relationships with healthcare providers. * Securing favorable terms through effective contract negotiations with hospital partners. * Ensuring hospitals maintain high standards in patient care and operational performance. * Collecting insights to understand patient experiences and drive service improvements. * Tracking compliance with SLAs to ensure commitments are consistently met. |
