Job Responsibilities
* Job Scope: The incumbent will be responsible for performing detailed requirement analysis, documenting processes, and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT). They will also play a key role in assisting strategic decision-making through integrated business analysis and projections. * Key Responsibilities:

* 01. Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

* Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats.

* Conduct detailed requirement analysis to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

* 02. Project Coordination:

* Define project requirements by identifying milestones, phases, and key deliverables.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

* Act as an intermediary between business and IT teams to ensure seamless communication and understanding.

* 03. Documentation:

* Prepare comprehensive functional requirement documents and technical specifications for assigned projects.

* Produce accurate, clear, and concise statements of business requirements suitable for a non-technical audience.

* 04. Testing and Implementation:

* Conduct thorough evaluation, testing, and implementation of systems.

* Lead and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions against business requirements.

* 05. Strategic Analysis:

* Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate research data to develop integrated business analyses and projections.

* Suggest actionable changes to senior management using data-driven insights to support recommendations.

* Actively participate in the implementation and monitoring of approved initiatives.

* 06. Stakeholder Management:

* Build strong relationships with stakeholders by understanding their needs and delivering high-quality outcomes.

* Provide regular updates and insights to ensure stakeholder alignment and satisfaction.

* 07. Continuous Improvement:

* Identify areas for process improvements and propose innovative solutions to enhance business efficiency.

* Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to bring relevant insights to the organization.

Additional Requirements
Extensive understanding of ICT concepts and the system development lifecycle (SDLC). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within teams. Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, business analysis tools, and project management software. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Trello is a plus.
