| * In this role, you will be assigned with the following responsibilities - * Make inbound & outbound calls to prospective clients to sell products as directed. * Order confirmation by phone/IP Call from our customer's orders on the website. * Reply WhatsApp Massage And queries. * Manage Microsoft Word/excel Report. * Fluent speech capability with confidence & Perfect pronunciation in Bangla. * Provide clients with accurate and detailed product information. * Regularly follow up with existing and potential customer using the website. * Be target-oriented and capable of meeting assigned responsibilities to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly task targets. * Meet both personal and team qualitative and quantitative goals. |

| Additional Requirements |
| Age 18 to 28 years Proven experience in inbound/outbound Telesales or a similar sales role is a plus. Excellent communication skills with fluency in Bangla. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Office Word/Excel. |
