| Job Responsibilities |
| * Job Location: Barishal & Chitagong Division (Chandpur) * Responsibilities: * Visit market places, search new business opportunities and recommend appointment of new Distributors in uncovered areas. * Find out the error & mismatch (If any) of DN & invoice and process for correction & completion. * Cooperate and coordinate with other departments like Accounts, HR, Store & plant for all related issues. * Communicate & deliver report to the related people. * Motivate Team Members to ensure productivity & Sales target * Demand forecast and ensure stock inventory of Distributors' warehouses, on a regular basis. * Ensure close monitoring of distributor's business transactions on a day-to-day basis and liaison with other stakeholders for achieving the sales target. * Ensure documentation of work (at all phases) in compliance with company policy & procedures. * Prepare various reports on the performance of the products regularly. * Carry out different type of analysis like profitability analysis and sales trend analysis * Prepare accurate Product reports and forecasts, providing valuable insights to the management team. Your analytical abilities will assist in making data-driven decisions and driving future growth. * Expand our company's reach by actively participating in industry events and networking opportunities. Your presence and professional networking skills will contribute to enhancing our corporate brand image. * Prepare and submitting assigned report (Daily, Weekly & Monthly) |
