| * We are seeking a highly motivated and result oriented individual to join Sales & Marketing Department as Senior Area Sales Manager/Area Sales Manager at Akij Food & Beverage Ltd. * Key Responsibilities: * Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share. * Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges. · * Provide insights to guide product development and marketing strategies. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners. * Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. * Develop and execute sales plans and initiatives to meet business objectives. * Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, to make data-driven decisions. * Develop and manage the sales budget for the assigned area. * Ensure the efficient allocation of resources to achieve sales goals. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns. * Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to enhance marketing efforts. * Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. |
