| * Achieve Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly sales targets * Identify and acquire new clients and retailers. * Expand sales coverage to previously uncovered areas, ensuring market penetration. * Oversee and manage distributor functions to optimize distribution efficiency.· * Appoint and onboard new distributors in uncovered areas to increase market reach. * Regularly analyze monthly sales targets, distributor stock levels, credit status, and overdue reports. * Ensuring the effectiveness of all marketing activities. * Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. * Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or line management as required. |
