| Job Responsibilities |
| * Properly maintain Vat books and timely submission of VAT Return * Maintain Separate Tally for Vat & Tax (Including proper documentation) * Keep accurate records for all daily transactions in software and hard copy documents * Ensure accuracy in payments and all financial aspects of managing Company’s supply chain * Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliation processes for consolidated financial reporting * Stay informed and execution about changes in taxation laws, and financial reporting regulations * Collaborate with other departments such as Legal, Compliance, Marketing and Operations to ensure accurate financial reporting related to their activities and transactions * Prepare all kind of payments, bank transfers and do the bank transactions * Overview Stock movement and adjustment in Accounts * Control Fund Management * Perform monthly Bank Reconciliation * Actual Financial Statements preparation * Various MIS report preparation |
