Job Responsibilities |
* 🔹 Financial Management * Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * Monitor and manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, GL).Ensure timely and accurate posting of financial transactions. * Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting. * 🔹 Audit & Compliance * Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits. * Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations. * Maintain proper documentation for audits and financial reviews. * 🔹 Reporting & Analysis * Prepare financial reports for management review. * Conduct variance analysis between budgets and actuals. * Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making. * 🔹 Taxation * Support in the preparation and filing of VAT, TDS, and other tax returns. * Ensure proper calculation and payment of taxes on time. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and changes. * 🔹 Team Support & Supervision * Assist in managing and training junior accounting staff. * Review and verify work done by team members. * Coordinate with other departments for inter-company transactions and reconciliations. |
