| Job Responsibilities |
| * Location: Chattogram (Farzana Group) Head office * Key Responsibilities: * Be fully conversant with the relevant provision in the Tax & VAT Act with rules & SROs issued by NBR from time to time. * Analysis of monthly and yearly GP, NP, Sale, collection and cost of fund. * Conduct financial monitoring of the office. * Handle Internal/External Audit of the company and prepare management response on audit findings. * Responsible to handle all bank relevant functions properly. * Any other activities as and when required by the Management. * Lead the Finance & Accounts department and oversee all financial reporting * Develop long-term financial strategies aligned with company objectives. * Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and audit requirements. * Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders. * Provide financial analysis and insights to support executive decisions. * Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial risk management. * Support strategic initiatives, including partnerships, joint ventures, and capital expansion. |

| Age 40 to 50 years Strong strategic and analytical thinking· Expertise in IFRS, BSEC, NBR, VAT laws, and Companies Act· Financial modeling, capital structuring, and valuation experience· Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills· Experience & Skills: Analytical and Decision making ability. Cost and Inventory Management. Good Communication Skill (Bangla and English). |
