| Job Responsibilities |
| * Ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation of machinery while maintaining consistent quality output. * Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance as per standard practices. * Develop and follow a systematic maintenance schedule for all machines and equipment. * Plan and manage spare parts inventory by raising timely requisitions and coordinating procurement. * Maintain required quality standards and ensure equipment compatibility. * Provide technical support for production processes from initiation to completion. * Troubleshoot and maintain all PLC-controlled machinery to ensure optimal performance. * Collaborate with local and international suppliers to address technical requirements and procure critical components. * Demonstrate familiarity with the operation and maintenance of direct and indirect burners. * Ensure compliance with fire safety, and electrical standards. * Oversee and maintain utilities including generators, chillers, and air-conditioning systems. * Monitor departmental requirements, prepare budgets, analyze gaps, and manage safety inventory accordingly. * Coordinate closely with the production team to support efficient and effective production operations. * Possess working knowledge of Vacuum Salt systems and PLC operations. |
