| * Job Context: * Eastern Shares and Securities Ltd. (ESSL), a leading stock brokerage house, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Trader cum Branch In-charge for our Lohagara Digital Booth. * Key Responsibilities: * Oversee all daily branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of trade, compliance, and customer service activities. * Execute and monitor client trades in equity and other financial products, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory guidelines. * Drive branch revenue and profitability by acquiring new clients, retaining existing ones, and achieving monthly sales targets. * Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow the client base and increase trade volumes. * Lead, mentor, and supervise branch staff, fostering a high-performance, client-focused culture. * Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies. * Resolve escalated client issues promptly and professionally.· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities. * Prepare and present regular branch performance reports to senior management. |

| Additional Requirements |
| Age 30 to 50 years Minimum 5 years’ experience in stock broking or financial services, with at least 2 years in a branch management or senior dealer role. Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and regulatory compliance. Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets. Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills. Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.· Local Person will get priority.
