Job Responsibilities |
* Job context: * MA Enterprise is seeking a highly competent manager – finance & Accounts to oversee the financial operations of the company. The role requires a professional who can manage day to day financial transactions, ensure statutory compliance, and contribute to strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to enhance the company’s financial performance while ensuring compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and industry standards. * Responsibilities: * Develop and implement strategic financial policies to align with the company’s business objectives. * Ensure proper record-keeping and accounting of all financial transactions. * Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts for management decision-making. * Lead budgeting, cost control, and financial planning for operational efficiency. * Implement internal audit mechanisms to enhance financial transparency and accountability. * Ensure adherence to tax regulations, VAT, income tax, corporate tax, and other financial laws. * Maintain liaison with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory authorities. * Oversee cash flow management, fund allocation, and investment strategies. * Manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. * Monitor and control costs, including inventory management and operational expenditures. * Lead ERP/SAP financial module integration and automation for financial efficiency. * Conduct financial analysis for new projects, Business expansion, and investment feasibility. * Ensure timely filing of Tax returns, VAT return submissions, and regulatory reports. * Collaborate with internal and external auditors to streamline audit processes. |

Additional Requirements |
Minimum 5 years of experience in finance & Accounts, preferably in the automobile industry. Prior experience in SAP, TALLY, QuickBooks, or Similar accounting software in required. Strong knowledge of financial laws (VAT & SD Act 2012 and Rules 2016), tax policies (income tax Act, 2023), and regulatory frameworks. Excellent skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and financial reporting tools. Ability to lead a team, solve problems, and make strategic financial decisions. Strong communication skills in English and Bengali. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Willingness to travel to project/field offices when required. Ability to work long hours when necessary. |
