Operating as a self-regulated, private sector entity under the supervision of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC), DSE plays a vital role in the nation's capital market development. * Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) is seeking a visionary, dynamic, and tech-savvy leader for the role of Head of Human Resources to drive the Exchange's transformation agenda championing full digitalization, redefining organizational culture, ensuring operational excellence, and power DSE's journey to becoming a fully modernized and globally competitive exchange. * The Head of HR will serve as a strategic partner to the Managing Director and the executive leadership team, leading the Exchange's overall human resources strategy. The role encompasses responsibility for talent acquisition and management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, learning and development, diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I), organizational development, and HR technology modernization. * The ideal candidate will be a visionary HR leader with a deep understanding of digital trends, technology-driven HR solutions, and organizational transformation strategies. Have proven track record in driving transformative HR initiatives, fostering a high-performance culture, and aligning HR practices with strategic business goals. * Important Information: * Tenure: The appointment will be on a contractual basis for up to three years, renewable subject to performance. * Restrictions: During the period of employment, the Head of HR or their dependents shall not engage in the investment or trading of securities listed or to be listed on DSE. |

Additional Requirements |
At least 15 years' proven leadership experience as Head of HR, or equivalent position, preferably within Capital Markets, Banks, Multinational Corporations (MNCs), or Financial Institutions. Strong knowledge of Labor Law and related practices is essential; familiarity with capital market regulations will be an added advantage. Technology and Digital Leadership - Demonstrated success in driving digital HR transformation-integrating ERP systems, HR analytics, Al-driven recruitment tools, and digital learning platforms. Strong command of HR technology ecosystems, with proven ability to innovate HR processes through automation, cloud-based solutions, and data-driven decision-making. Key Skills and Competencies: Proven expertise in implementing technology-enabled HR solutions (such as advanced HRIS/ERP platforms). Strong leadership in driving digital transformation within HR functions. Ability to integrate automation, analytics, and data-driven decision-making into HR operations. Extensive expertise across HR functions including compensation, employee relations, learning and development, talent acquisition, and HR technology. Deep understanding of strategic HR management, including workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development. Demonstrated ability to design and implement strategic HR initiatives and drive organizational transformation. Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to manage sensitive information and engage stakeholders effectively. Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with corporate objectives and support the Exchange's transition to a fully digital and automated organization. Exposure to global stock exchanges or financial organizations embracing digital transformation will be a significant advantage. |
