| * Develop the Business and overall responsible for the Seed Business Unit; * Preparing of Divisional/Regional Sales Budget and Work planning for implementation of the same; * Monitoring/supervision of the activities of the Area in-charges towards the achievement of targets; * Event Management for organizing Training for Dealers/Retailers and conference; * Updates reporting to Management about work in progress and the achievement status; * Annual performance evaluation of the subordinates; * Frequently visit different areas to visit dealers, retailers and farmers to develop the market. |
