| Job Responsibilities |
| * Oversee day-to-day site execution activities as per project requirements. * Assist the Project Manager in all on-site activities and operations. * Deploy manpower and workers based on instructions received from the Project Manager. * Ensure work is carried out strictly according to approved drawings and specifications. * Manage and monitor worker deployment to optimize productivity. * Ensure availability of necessary materials, tools, and equipment at the site. * Minimize material wastage through proper handling and usage control. * Uphold safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety standards at the site. * Maintain construction quality in accordance with the approved standards. * Conduct routine site inspections to monitor progress and quality. * Prepare and maintain site reports and documentation on work status and issues. * Provide regular updates and support to the Project Manager on site progress and challenges. * Work as per management decision. |
