Job Context |
Job Responsibilities |
* Develop and implement strategic financial policies to align with the company’s business objectives. * Ensure proper record-keeping and accounting of all financial transactions. Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts for management decision-making. * Lead budgeting, cost control, and financial planning for operational efficiency. * Implement internal audit mechanisms to enhance financial transparency and accountability. * Maintain liaison with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory authorities. * Oversee cash flow management, fund allocation, and investment strategies. * Manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. * Monitor and control costs, including inventory management and operational expenditures. * Checking bill vouchers and supporting documents Compile. * Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly financial statements (income statement, balance sheet & cash flow statement, etc.) as per International Accounting Standard (IAS) and IFRS. * Preparation of monthly Budget and budget variance report. * Make Sure the compliance of internal audit, Income Tax and VAT Responsible for fund management, investments, banking issue, inventory, business planning analysis, new project viability analysis, audit, cost control, and asset management Reporting for External Authorities. * Closely deal with banks and financial institutions |

Age at least 33 years The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Garments Accessories, Bag Industries, Textile , Spinning, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing Industry, Group of Company. Good interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills in English. Sound knowledge on computer literacy specially on MS Office, Bangla Typing and Internet. Should have competency or sound knowledge with ERP software-based accounting system like Tally. Ability to effectively handle multiple simultaneous tasks. Self-motivated, possess excellent written and oral communication skills and interact with all management and staff levels. |
