| Job Responsibilities |
| * Manage the full cycle of accounting operations under the guidance of the Manager (Accounts & Finance) / Head of Business. * Post bank payment vouchers, maintain the Bank Register, and prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements. * Support the Manager (Accounts & Finance) in preparing product costing and conducting cost analysis. * Coordinate with government and non-government authorities for compliance and facilitation related to Tax, VAT, Customs, Excise Duty, and other statutory matters. * Oversee and execute salary disbursements, RTGS transactions, and online banking payments in a timely and accurate manner. * Verify bills and invoices from various departments and arrange for timely payments. * Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all monthly financial and banking information. * Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to operations, including deliveries, maintenance services, and billing approvals. * Handle all bank transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations. * Prepare and review financial reports, including Cash Flow Statements. * Manage accounts receivable by generating and reviewing bills, challans, and invoices. * Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register for all operational equipment, machinery, and vehicles. * Establish and maintain internal financial controls to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with company policy. * Proficient in ERP systems (including Tally Prime) to streamline financial operations and ensure accuracy in reporting. * Perform any other relevant duties assigned by management. |
