| * Ensure the completion of the planning within the first quarter of the previous month. * Ensure one contingency plan is ready for any potential problem with the existing planning. * Review the plan on daily basis and set alternative plan to complete the goods on time. * Review the performance of the previous month, find difficulties and set corrective action plan for the next month. * Ensure the critical analysis of the product before making the critical path for them individual product. * Counsel with the respective supervisor in charge even operator to motivate to get the targeted output. * Ensure utilization of capacity at the optimum level. * Provide production analysis feedback in respect of productivity to development team for future development. |
