| * Job Context: * We are looking for a dynamic and energetic person who has at least 03 years of proven experience in the Brand Activities sector for meaningful contribution to our company to reach the goal of the organization. * Job Responsibilities: * Develop and execute marketing strategies for Branding programs in alignment with organizational goals. * Identify innovative approaches to enhance the visibility and reach of outdoor initiatives. * Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns. * Ensure marketing efforts resonate with the interests and needs of the target audience. * Represent the organization at industry events, fostering partnerships and increasing brand presence. * Work with marketing teams to seamlessly integrate outdoor activities into overall marketing plans. * Provide outdoor-specific insights to enhance marketing effectiveness. * Build and maintain client relationships to strengthen the organization's marketing position. * Collaborate with marketing, Audit and financial teams to manage budgets to maximize impact and ROI. * Need to source promotional items regularly that enhance company/stakeholder goodwill. |

| Age 27 to 35 years Good understanding of Skin Care, Oral Care & Hair Care Product Markets. Skills in vendor management and outdoor advertising. Promotion and branding. Good negotiation skills. Teamwork and collaboration. Exceptional creativity and ability to think outside the box. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Previous experience in brand management or similar roles. Excellent Skills on MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint. |
