Job Context |
Job Responsibilities |
* Manage and guide Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and their field teams to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. * Strategize and implement region-specific sales plans based on market dynamics. * Track daily activities, school visits, and conversion reports of ASMs and Field Officers. * Ensure timely submission of sales data, visit logs, and promotional feedback. * Train, coach, and mentor ASMs to improve performance and address performance gaps. * Conduct regular performance reviews and build a high-performing sales culture. * Explore new markets, schools, and territories to expand the company's footprint. * Work closely with Marketing, R&D, Accounts, and Admin departments for smooth operations. * Resolve conflicts within the team or with clients/schools promptly. * Act as a communication bridge between field force and top management. * Ensure all sales activities are conducted ethically and within the company’s policy framework. * Submit accurate and timely reports to the Sales Manager or Management. |
