Job Context |
Job Responsibilities |
* Meet sales targets for bulk feed micro-ingredients within assigned regions. * Identify and engage new customers, markets, and business segments. * Promote product offerings to feed manufacturers, integrators, and large-scale farms. * Develop and sustain strong client relationships to drive repeat sales and long-term collaboration. * Provide both pre- and post-sales support to address client requirements effectively. * Serve as the primary contact for customer queries, product details, and order coordination. * Track market developments, competitor strategies, and pricing fluctuations. * Deliver timely feedback to management to support product and pricing optimization. * Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and technical seminars to boost visibility. * Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure prompt deliveries and seamless service. * Maintain detailed documentation of sales efforts, customer communications, and market feedback. * Generate sales projections, client visit summaries, and performance analytics as needed. * Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, product standards, and company protocols. * Encourage ethical and safe business practices throughout the supply chain. |

Additional Requirements |
Strong knowledge of feed additives and their applications in poultry, dairy, and aquaculture nutrition. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis for sales tracking. Ability to work independently and manage customer accounts across diverse regions. Understanding of supply chain coordination, logistics, and documentation in trading. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. Attention to detail and accuracy. Knowledge of the trading or sales industry is a plus. |
