| Job Responsibilities |
| * Meet sales objectives for core raw materials within the designated territory. * Identify potential customers and drive market penetration across feed, food, and related sectors. * Foster and maintain strong relationships with major clients such as feed mills, manufacturers, and bulk buyers. * Serve as the primary contact for product queries, negotiations, and service coordination. * Track trends in commodity markets, pricing dynamics, and competitor activities. * Provide timely insights to the management team to support pricing and sourcing decisions. * Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery. * Support credit control activities and follow up on outstanding payments. * Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, forecasts, and reports. * Adhere to organizational policies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. |

| Additional Requirements |
| Age at most 40 years Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agri-Business, or related field; MBA preferred. 3–5 years of experience in Agri-commodity or raw material sales/trading. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills; good knowledge of feed ingredients and livestock nutrition. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools Willingness to travel; fluent in English and regional languages. Strong sales and negotiation skills Knowledge of Agri-commodity markets Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis for sales tracking. Ability to work independently and manage customer accounts across diverse regions. Understanding of supply chain coordination, logistics, and documentation in trading. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. Attention to detail and accuracy. Knowledge of the trading or sales industry is a plus. |
