* New Membership Acquisition: Identifying and contacting potential members, presenting membership options, and securing sales.
* Member Retention: Providing excellent customer service, addressing member concerns, and encouraging renewals.
* Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales goals.
* Lead Generation: Identifying and nurturing potential leads through various channels.
* Product Knowledge: Understanding and effectively communicating the benefits of membership packages and related services.
* Customer Service: Providing information, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues related to membership.

Additional Requirements
Age 20 to 40 years Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate and close deals with potential members. Sales and Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in sales, with a focus on customer service is preferred. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with potential and existing members. Target-Oriented: Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and goals. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and address customer issues and concerns. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage leads, track sales, and follow up with prospects.
