| * Plan, execute and oversee internal audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and operational procedures. * Develop and maintain a comprehensive internal audit framework for the organization. * Identify risks in financial and operational processes and recommend effective risk management strategies. * Conduct regular risk assessments and design controls to mitigate risks. * Evaluate the company's adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. * Ensure compliance with local laws, international accounting standards, and company policies. * Recommend improvements in internal processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. * Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on action plans. * Prepare and present detailed audit reports to senior management, outlining key findings, risks, and corrective actions. * Maintain thorough documentation of audit processes, findings, and outcomes. * Lead and mentor the internal audit team to ensure high performance and continuous professional development. * Collaborate with other departments to implement audit recommendations effectively. * Conduct special audits or investigations as required by management. * Provide insights on financial irregularities or operational inefficiencies. |
