Job Context
Job Responsibilities
* To ensure the quality and safety of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods by conducting laboratory testing and analysis as per defined protocols, regulatory standards, and company specifications. The role is essential to maintain feed quality for poultry, fish, and cattle to ensure optimal animal health and performance.

* Key Responsibilities:

* Receive, collect, and label samples of raw materials upon arrival and finished products as well.

* Conduct proximate analysis

* Perform physical and chemical analysis.

* Approve or reject raw materials based on test results and specifications.

* Maintain proper documentation of all test results.

* Perform routine tests of finished products to ensure consistency and target specifications and alert the production team in case of any deviation from process parameters.

* Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot lab instruments.

* Maintain records as per ISO 22000:2018 and regulatory standards.

* Assist in preparing SOPs, test protocols, and quality manuals.

* Report deviations, non-conformities, and corrective/preventive actions to QA/QC Manager.

* Coordinate with procurement, production, and R&D for quality-related matters.

* Support product traceability and recall operations when necessary.
