| * NEW BLOWN is a renowned educational institution located in Tongi, Gazipur. It offers English and Bengali mediums up to the SSC level, following the National Curriculum of Bangladesh. With two campuses in the Tongi area, the school caters to approximately 1,500 students, supported by a dedicated team of around 100 dynamic teachers. NEW BLOWN strives to create a harmonious balance among academic pursuits, sports, cultural activities, and community life. * We are looking a Vice-Principal for one campus : * Job Responsibilities * The Head of School is responsible for the effective general management of the School, for ensuring the provision of academic leadership and strategic vision, and for the quality of the student experience. * The responsibilities of the Head of School include: * Having overall responsibility for the management of the School's * programs of teaching and research and the implementation of the School's academic policy. * All academic responsibilities related to student's exam, parents dealing and other duties as required. * Developing a strategic plan for the School, in consultation with the School Executive/Teachers, including the preparation of a staffing and resource plan. * Engaging the staff & teachers of the School in devising and agreeing the School's plan. * Ensuring the regular review, evaluation and development of programs offered by the School. * Implementing decisions of Directors and the supply of information in accordance with Board and/or Council directions. * Prepare an annual report in agreement with the School's Executive Committee and for consideration by the School Committee. * Other duties as may be assigned by the Directors. |
