Now, we’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and help drive the journey forward. * Main Responsibilities: * Monitor and oversee daily vehicle operations to ensure smooth transportation. * Maintain a daily ledger to record all operational expenses and fuel costs. * Maintain and update all vehicle documentation, including registration, fitness, insurance, and tax papers; ensure timely renewals. * Respond promptly to client transport inquiries and provide accurate shipment updates. * Coordinate with drivers to track deliveries, resolve issues, and ensure timely completion of trips. * Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and arrange timely servicing and repairs. * Check GPS tracking systems to monitor vehicle movement and improve operations. * Ensure compliance with transportation safety laws and company policies. * Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on transportation performance and cost analysis. * Manage emergency situations, like vehicle breakdowns or accidents, with quick and effective action. |
