Job Responsibilities |
* Responsibilities: * Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner. * Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals. * Manage inquiries and provide information about the organization's products or services. * Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars for staff. * Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries. * Maintain a clean and organized reception area. * Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. * Assist with other administrative duties as assigned. * Manage and update client records using our database system. * Provide administrative support for the preparation of reports, applications, and other documents. * Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer or service. * Liaise with suppliers and place orders for office supplies as needed. * Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations. |
