Job Context
Job Responsibilities
* Responsibilities:

* Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
* Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals.
* Manage inquiries and provide information about the organization's products or services.
* Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars for staff.
* Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
* Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
* Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
* Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.
* Manage and update client records using our database system.
* Provide administrative support for the preparation of reports, applications, and other documents.
* Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer or service.
* Liaise with suppliers and place orders for office supplies as needed.
* Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations.

Age 25 to 35 years Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management. Ability to work well in a team and independently
