| * 1. Process Control: Manage and monitor processes for pretreatment, continuous dyeing, printing, print finishing, and exhaust dyeing to ensure optimal performance and quality outcomes. * 2. Process Optimization: Develop and implement strategies for optimizing pretreatment, continuous dyeing, printing, print finishing, and exhaust dyeing processes, driving improvements in productivity and quality. * 3. Data Analysis: Conduct thorough data analysis related to production processes and make informed remarks and recommendations based on findings. * 4. Cost Minimization: Identify opportunities for cost reduction in manufacturing processes while maintaining high-quality standards. * 5. Lean Activities: Lead and participate in Lean initiatives to streamline operations, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency. * 6. Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure the timely availability of resources and materials, fostering efficient operations. * 7. SOP Creation: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all relevant processes, ensuring compliance and best practices are followed. * 8. Resource Management: Oversee resource allocation and management, ensuring optimal use of materials, equipment, and personnel. |
