| Job Responsibilities |
| * 1. Production & Supply Chain Planning * Prepare and maintain detailed production and shipment plans based on sales forecasts and confirmed orders. * Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and accessories. * Monitor daily production progress and update relevant stakeholders on deviations or bottlenecks. * 2. Inventory & Resource Management * Track inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to prevent shortages or overstocking. * Support capacity planning by analyzing machine, manpower, and space utilization. * 3. Process Improvement * Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest process improvements using lean or other industrial engineering tools. * Participate in workflow analysis and time-motion studies to enhance productivity. * 4. Supplier Coordination * Communicate with suppliers for order follow-up, delivery schedules, and quality issues. * Assist in evaluating supplier performance and providing feedback for improvement. * 5. Reporting & Documentation * Prepare regular reports on production status, inventory, and supply chain KPIs for management review. * Maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance. * 6. Team Collaboration * Work closely with cross-functional teams (production, procurement, sales, logistics) to ensure seamless operations. * Support team members with guidance and training as required. |
