| Job Responsibilities |
| * Research global fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and trims for upcoming seasons. * Create innovative designs, mood board, sketches, and tech packs, concept presentations, and sample collections for buyers. * Collaborate with merchandising and production teams to ensure design feasibility and ensure quality standards. * Oversee sample development and provide feedback for improvements. * Work closely with buyers to align designs with their requirements. * Ensure designs meet quality, fit, and compliance standards. * Select appropriate fabrics, embroidery styles, color palettes, and embellishments. * Follow market trends and provide input for seasonal collections. * Conduct regular research on competitors and fashion trends (local & international). * Collaborating with technical designer to ensure development packages are accurate. * Maintain close relationship with the marketing and merchandising team to create ranges for all customers. * Presenting story, mood, color boards, and samples to buyers and reviewing product for style and fit during presentation. * Design & develop knit fabrics for buyers * Negotiating with customers and suppliers * Any other responsibility assign by the management. |

| Additional Requirements |
| Age 25 to 40 years 2-3+ years of experience in fashion design (preferably in an export-oriented garment factory). Strong portfolio showcasing creative designs. Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD, Emails). Knowledge of fabric properties, garment construction, and pattern making. Understanding of buyer-specific design requirements and market trends. Excellent communication and presentation skills. |
