| * We are hiring for the position of Retail Sales Associate (Intern) at a social entrepreneurship startup research and innovation business development Sub-project grant supported by government project. * Key Responsibilities: * Acting as a point of contact between customers and companies * Onboarding and negotiating terms of sales and agreements with customers * Gathering market and customer information to figure out the customer needs * Prepare yearly sales planning to achieve the business goal & achieve the monthly target * Advising product developers on improvements and discussing special promotions * Able to run a retail campaign offer for facilitate the retailers to enrich sales volume * Inspecting inventory in stock and the quality of the product on display * Regular visits to different markets to check display materials and maintain channel relationship * Help design and optimize store layouts to enhance display visibility * Assist in managing inventory levels of visual merchandising materials and props. * Address any issues or concerns regarding product displays or merchandising.• Gain proper knowledge of the products and services * Deal with customers cordially and professionally, responding to their queries and concerns * Any other task given by management. * Success of this potential business research project will open a door to your a good career opportunity. |
