The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through strategic digital marketing efforts. * Key Responsibilities: * Meta Ads Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to achieve brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion objectives. * Google Analytics Expertise: Monitor, analyze, and interpret data from Google Analytics to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for optimization. * Content Strategy & Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to strategize, create, and manage content across digital media channels, ensuring alignment with Inspira’s brand image and marketing objectives. * Performance Reporting: Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, using both Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics to provide comprehensive insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. * Budget Allocation: Effectively manage and allocate budgets across Meta Ads campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and efficient use of resources. * Digital Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing, particularly in Meta Ads and Google Analytics, to ensure Inspira remains competitive in the market. * Cross-Channel Coordination: Work in close coordination with the broader marketing team to maintain consistent messaging and brand representation across all digital channels. * Community Engagement: Actively engage with the online community, responding to comments, inquiries, and feedback to strengthen relationships and enhance brand loyalty. * SEO and SEM: Deep understanding of SEO/SEM strategies and best practices. Knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO techniques. * Creative Skills: Ability to create compelling and engaging content. Understanding of graphic design principles (knowledge of tools like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus). |

Age 22 to 35 years The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Hospital, Hotel, Clinic, E-commerce, Beauty Parlor/Saloon/Spa, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup, Online Retail Startup Only experienced candidates are encourage to apply Demonstrated experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or in a similar capacity, with a specialization in Meta Ads. Comprehensive knowledge of Meta Ads, encompassing campaign creation, targeting, and optimization. Strong analytical abilities, with expertise in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite. Deep understanding of digital marketing concepts and industry best practices. Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and other relevant digital marketing tools. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team. |
