Job Responsibilities |
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Air India’s passenger in Bangladesh. * Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies and OTAs. * Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. * Collaborate with Air India’s regional/global teams to align sales activities with corporate objectives. * Lead a sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. * Monitor competitor activities and devise counter-strategies to maintain market leadership. * Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management. * Ensure compliance with Air India’s brand guidelines and service standards. * Organize promotional events, workshops, and campaigns to boost brand visibility. * Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels. |

Additional Requirements |
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English and Bengali. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams. In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh’s aviation and travel industry. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales analytics software. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed. |
