| Job Responsibilities |
| * Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising. * Plan and manage digital marketing budgets effectively. * Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using analytics tools. * Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). * Manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Adroll, and other relevant channels. * Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to drive conversion rates. * Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize campaign performance and identify areas for improvement. * Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling digital content, including website content, social media posts, videos, and graphics. * Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform marketing strategies. * Oversee social media strategy and content calendar. * Lead SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and competitor analysis. * Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and user engagement. |

| At least 1 years experience in running ads on Google, Facebook, and AdRoll. Experience in running retargeting and PPC ads. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. Must have knowledge of analytic tools and digital marketing software. Good knowledge of On-Page SEO, backlink building, and outreach. Working knowledge of utilizing Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. Good command of English. Writing and Speaking. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Passion for learning and staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices. Working knowledge of WordPress is a plus. |
