Job Responsibilities |
* Job Responsibilities: * Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies. * Answer and direct phone calls, responding to inquiries and providing information as needed. * Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and managing calendars for team members. * Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and documents as required. * Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring all common areas are tidy. * Support event planning and coordination for corporate meetings and company events. * Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientation tasks. * Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance efficiency. * Carry out any additional tasks as assigned by the Line Authority or Honorable Management Authority. |
