| * We are looking for a proactive and motivated Executive, E-Commerce Operations to join our dynamic team. This role involves planning and executing engaging social media content across multiple platforms while ensuring seamless coordination with cross-functional teams for efficient e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of social media marketing, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Key Responsibilities: * Develop, manage, and maintain a comprehensive social media post calendar to ensure consistent and strategic content delivery. * Execute engaging social media posts across platforms such as Facebook, Google My Business (GMB), YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. * Monitor and analyze engagement and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize future social media strategies. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Communications, Graphics, and E-commerce Development, to streamline the execution of e-commerce tasks. * Assist in updating and maintaining accurate and consistent product information, pricing, and descriptions on the website. * Ensure content accuracy and platform consistency across all digital channels. * Provide support in planning and executing social media marketing campaigns, including boosting posts or ads as required. * Troubleshoot basic website and e-commerce-related issues, escalating technical challenges when necessary. * Stay updated on e-commerce trends and social media best practices to propose innovative ideas for improvement. * Work from home or on-site as required, maintaining productivity and clear communication during remote work. |
